Rheology of multi-component materials
The SASOR (Southern African Society of Rheology) will offer its annual short course from 11-12 November 2009
The following topics will be covered:
- An introduction to rheology
- Extravagant viscoelastic effects
- Use of rheometry for characterisation of different types of materials followed by a practical demonstration
The session of "Instabilities in transport phenomena" will be presented by internationally renowned rheologist , Professor Alex Malkin.
